Key Takeaways
The knowledge gap between HR and hiring managers often leads to inefficient and time-consuming hiring process: HR coordinators may not know the specific design skills needed for a role, resulting in the selection of candidates who do not match the job requirements of hiring managers.
The Solution
ITX.design is a platform that models UX design candidates in I, T, and X-shapes to enable both hiring teams and candidates to find their best matches.

The Design
Hiring Manager
Alessia, the hiring manager chooses I, T, X shapes based on desired candidate’s design types. Then she selects specific experience and skills she is looking for in a candidate. She can send the results to human resources and track the hiring process afterwards.
HR Coordinator
Olivia, the HR coordinator, receives hiring requests from hiring managers. Then she adds more general job requirements and publishes the job posting to the general public. ITX platform will recommend top candidates that match their design shapes.
UX Design Candidate
Ruki, the UX design candidate, select his design shapes. ITX platform will recommend job postings with matching design shapes to him.
